The FDLRS Administration/HRD Project is a Florida Department of Education discretionary project. It is funded to coordinate statewide/regional FDLRS activities and provide information, professional development, technical assistance/consultation and resources for individuals working with children and youth who are exceptional and/or have unique needs.
