Purpose of Workgroup
The purpose of this workgroup is to research, conduct, and implement a network-wide, coordinated, consistent, and applicable staff development process that aligns with BEESS Initiatives in the area of Classroom and Behavior Management in regards to; behavior management, social skills development, functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.

May, 2007
The group met for the first time in and developed and a focus on the CHAMPs Curriculum by Dr. Randy Sprick. They then planned the Sprick Behavior Institute staff development training opportunity.
April 22-23, 2008
Conducted the Sprick Behavior Institute staff development opportunity in Orlando, FL.
July 10, 2008
The Leadership team met in Daytona and reviewed Action Plans from the April, 2008 Behavior Institute.
September 25, 2008
The entire workgroup met in St. Pete Beach, FL during the FDLRS HRD Fall Meeting. They recruited new members and created an action plan.

The Wikispace was created and files were uploaded.
