Welcome! You
have reached the Middle Grades Integrated Curriculum 5-9 online module
registration site. The
FDLRS Administration Project, a discretionary project of the
Florida Bureau
of Exceptional Education and Student Services (BEESS), is proud to
make this comprehensive review available to Florida Educators.
The Middle Grades Integrated Curriculum 5-9 Online Content Review Module is designed to help educators review their knowledge in the core content areas as outlined in the teacher competencies required for the Middle Grades Integrated Curriculum (MGIC) 5-9 certification exam. Changes to this certification area are slated to go into effect for the 2012-2013 school year (click here to access DPS Memo 2011-51 and DPS Memo 2011-183 for important certification change specifics).
While both Next Generation Sunshine State Standards and Common Core State Standards for students are referenced and are readily accessible via links within the content, the primary focus of the module remains on the core content educators need to demonstrate knowledge of the competencies required on the current MGIC 5-9 certification exam.

Content Review Module:

- Is designed to help educators
review and refresh their knowledge
base in the areas of English, math, science and
social studies, as required in Florida’s Integrated Curriculum Middle

content to all students in grades 5-9.
