25th Anniversary Thank you for taking the time to register for the upcoming 25th Florida SIM Update to be held on January 20-21, 2010 at the Orlando Airport Marriott. Our conference will start on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 with onsite registration at 8:00AM and the opening general session will start promptly at 8:30AM. The conference will conclude by 3:30PM on Thursday, January 21, 2010.

The FDLRS Administration/HRD Project will be paying for hotel rooms based on double occupancy only for participants who live 50 miles or more from the hotel. You will be responsible for contacting the hotel to make your own reservation. If you have a preferred roommate please be sure to provide both names when you call the hotel. If you prefer a room to yourself you will be responsible for half of the $128/night rate ($64.00). The discounted hotel rate also includes a full breakfast so, please be sure to pick up your breakfast coupon when you check in to the hotel.

Please call the hotel directly at 407-851-9000 by Tuesday, December 1, 2009 and ask for the “FL DOE/FDLRS SIM” room block to make your reservation.

We will NOT be paying any attendees directly for their expenses; however we will be reimbursing local FDLRS Centers who sponsor SIM PDers’ attendance at this Update. All participants will be responsible for coordinating his/her individual travel reimbursement at the local level. Please contact your local FDLRS Associate Center (www.fdlrs.org) to make arrangements for travel reimbursement.
